"The Diet!"

Currently I'm on what most call a primal diet also known as the paleo diet. The diet consists of fruit, meat, and veggies. The point of the diet is to avoid any type of grains because they have no beneficial nutrition besides fiber. You can get fiber easily through the skin of an apple. So you may ask yourself where do I start!? There are many types of meals you can make on this diet. http://fastpaleo.com/ This site will give a lot of out of the box ideas. I've been on this diet for a year and half now and as a bodybuilder I can honestly say I feel better about myself in the gym. It has improved my lifts, I feel motivated, my soreness has decreased immensely, and I haven't got sick since I started the diet. Stay tuned.
