Treadmill Burner!

Happy Turkey Day! 

Treadmill Super-set:
Walk 5 minutes at 3.5-4.0 at 10-15% incline for 5 minutes
Run 5 minutes at 5.0-8.0 at 0% incline for 5 minutes

Alternate for 60 minutes-better bring a towel.
