There is a strong belief that others can help and guide you through the
steps of life. At the end of the day you have to listen to your own
ideas and use trial and error because someone's guess could be as good
as yours. Don't lose sight of why you stepped in the gym in the first
place. You stepped in the gym for self-satisfaction, well being,
motivation, or whatever. What I'm trying to say is don't lose sight of
why you started what you started or you might find yourself quitting.
When I think about quitting something I think to myself "what was the
point of starting if you weren't going to finish it." Keep a strong head
and your body will follow.
