Ingredients: - 1 and 1/2 cups (339g) nonfat plain Greek yogurt
- 1 and 1/2 cups (336g) 1% cottage cheese
- 1 cup (227g) reduced fat cream cheese, room temperature
- 2 large eggs
- 1 scoop (30g) @musclepharm vanilla cream casein protein
- 1/4 cup (31g) whole wheat flour
- 1/2 cup stevia
- 3/4 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp butter extract
- 1/2 cup (113g) fresh blueberries
1: Preheat oven to 350F. Blend Greek yogurt, cottage cheese and cream
cheese until smooth. Add eggs and blend again. Add remaining ingredients
except for blueberries. Blend until smooth. Fold in blueberries. Spray a
8" springform pan with cooking spray. Bake for 40 minutes. Let
completely cool. Cover and put in fridge for atleast 5 hours or
overnight. Cut into 8 slices.
