"I'm On A Diet"

The honest truth about fitness and how to obtain the physique you set out to achieve comes from dieting. Now lets get something straight...a diet is (what you eat). When people exclaim "oh I can't eat that I'm on a diet" I immediately know right off the bat that they're not going to lose any sort of weight. The media pushes way too many people towards "fad dieting". Fad dieting is essentially one diet plan that is structured out and advertised as a quick and easy way to "get abs in 30-days" or something of that nature. STAY AWAY FROM THIS. Lets go back to the paleo way of life where shakeology didn't exist, HCG drops were unheard of, and cleanses weren't real. Where people hunted their food as a way of exercise, ate large amounts of fat in their diet (good fats), and ate any vegetables/fruit they could find. It's no secret that the cavemen who walked the Earth before us were 100x healthier than those who walk the Earth today. Now another miss conception people think is "oh I exercise so I'm healthy." CT Fletcher (World Champion powerlifter) lifted everyday of his life for hours a day, but he stuffed his face with McDonalds daily. Five years down the road he had to have emergency open heart surgery. The ratio between dieting and exercise is 85/15. The 85% is where your diet is derived from. My suggestion to you is the paleo diet because it's the most natural way of life. The paleo diet is not a fad diet as I was explaining early. The paelo diet is essentially a diet that consists of meat, fruit, veggies, and legumes. You don't have to buy any special package, ingredients, or shakes in order for this diet to work. All you simply have to do is go to the store, buy REAL food, and eat every 2-3 hours.
