Whatever It Takes

As far as bodybuilding goes "whatever it takes" are you eating eight to ten meals a day? The answer to probably 90% of you is no. Are you training twice a day? Are you working out three to four times a day? Are you doing cardio? "No I don't have time to do cardio" 90% of people will say. When you look and you see the guys on the Olympia stage it's very easy to say "they're taking steriods or they're taking more drugs than me that's why they're up there." NO MOTHER FUCKER they're working HARDER THAN YOU! Give people credit where CREDIT IS DUE! They're working harder than you, they have been doing it longer than you, and they are willing to do WHATEVER IT TAKES. Yes they take steriods, of course they do. BUT give credit where credit is due. These guys are training like animals, they're eating like animal, they are on the step-mill for an hour a day sometimes two hours a day. Have you ever ridden a step-mill? Get on that shit and ride it for an hour straight and you'll see what I'm talking about. It kicks. your. ass. Eating eight to ten times a day is HARD. Of course people say "well I don't have time to eat that much" well then you're not doing whatever it takes. If you have a goal in mind and you want to achieve that goal you have to be willing to do whatever it takes. If you're not willing to do whatever it takes you'll never reach that goal. You will be that guy that's sitting on the couch saying "OH they're taking steriods that's why. They're taking MORE steriods than me. The only reason they're better than me is because they're taking MORE steriods than ME." And these comments make you feel better. You feel okay about yourself now because you're saying to yourself you work just as hard as them. WRONG. Admit that they're working harder than you tell yourself that you're not willing to do whatever it takes. You're not going to do that (work out three to four hours), you're not going to eat eight to ten meals a day, you're not going to get on the step-mill. Even in the off-season you're not going to get on the step-meal and go to work for an hour. People will say "oh well the step-mill burns muscle. NO. That's just an excuse so that your lazy ass doesn't have to do the step-mill. MAN UP. If you're not willing to do whatever it takes at least be willing to admit it. It drives me nuts whenever people take credit away from people who are working their asses off. The point I'm trying to make is DO WHATEVER IT TAKES to reach your goals in whatever it is in life. You can always do more.
