Most people including myself don't like to workout early in the morning. If you're not a morning person I wouldn't sign up for a 6 a.m. Pilates class if you know you'll never make it. It is best to exercise when your energy levels are highest. You're more likely to give up on exercising if you're forcing yourself to go workout. Workout during the day whenever you have time and when you feel you have the most energy.
