1.) Hydrate
2.) Carry a stopwatch
3.) Vary your grips
4.) Work compound, multijoint moves first
5.) Think unilaterally
6.) Jump on and over whatever you can (plyometrics)
7.) Throw stuff (medicine balls)
8.) Don't stretch before get warm instead (5 minutes on the treadmill)
9.) Rack your weights
10.) Find a time to train and stick with it (consistency)
11.) Learn a variety of free-weight movements
12.) Don't talk in the gym (train in the gym)
