ATTENTION LADIES!

Most of you get the impression that if you lift weights you're going to look like this!
Lifting weights doesn't make you "bulky", "manly", or "man-like". Unless you are injecting synthetic testosterone into your arms your body is running off of estrogen! If you run, the same thing applies...you will not WILL NOT look like the picture above. There are girls out there that have been lifting weights for years with a healthy diet and the result...

So please don't be afraid to pick up the weights and throw them around! Stay in a high rep range of 10-12 repetitions with a minute in between sets of three and you'll be working in a hypertrophy training type. In other words... building lean muscle.
