Pre-Workout

Sure pre-workouts can help you break from a plateau, but you have to keep in mind that you're perfectly capable of doing the same workout without the pre-workout. Don't limit yourself just because you don't have a handful of caffeine in your body. Learn to rely on your mental toughness and not the pre-workout. I've haven't taken a pre-workout in three weeks and I'm feeling fantastic!
