V-bar Pulldowns-15 reps

Chin-ups- till failure
6 sets with 1 minute rest in between sets

Super-set
1 Arm rows-5 reps
Stiff arm pulldowns- 20 reps
5 sets

Tri-set
Facepulls-15 reps
Rear delt flys -15 reps
1 Arm lying side raises-15 reps
4 sets
