Currently my weight is at 189-190lbs roughly and I'm trying to eat 5-6 meals a day. I haven't been on point with my macro targets due to college taking over my life. I'm trying to keep my head up though and reach for the stars!! Don't let anyone get you down in this sport OR LIFE. I'm not taking any type of supplements currently except for some joint support and a One-A-Day Multivitamin.
