Dieting Down

April first is when I start dieting down. I don't care if I'm doing a show or not I still like to calculate my macros, find out my macros, and get familiar with my body. Around this time of the year I also like to increase my reps and lower the weight I'm pushing a little more. Looking further down the road if things go as planned I would like to compete in June. I recently found a coach to get me to where I want to be I just have to put the work in. Throughout the years I've grown very fond of how to manipulate my body to what I want to look like. The more and more experience you have the more confident you will be on stage in front of the judges. Keep following my blog to find out what I'm eating and how my workouts vary.

Week One of Dieting:

Meal One
-1 cup of oats
-4 eggs

Meal Two
-Met-Rx cookie crunch

Meal Three
-2 chicken breast

Meal Four
-trail mix

Meal Five
-2 chicken breast
-1 cup of oats

Meal Six
-1 can of tuna

Total Macros
-160 grams of protein
-307 carbohydrates
-2500 calories

Fat Burner Workout:

Jump Rope
30 seconds as fast as possible
30 seconds rest
15 minutes total

Sprints
10 seconds sprinting
10 seconds rest
12 minutes total

Step mill
10 minutes keep a high intensity

Ab Thickness

25 ab wheels
25 reps - weighted crunches with 25 lb plate
Decline Bench situps: 25 reps regular; 25 reps side to side
Kneeling cable crunches 25 reps heavy
Super-set 4-5 sets total
