The BIG Picture

I don't walk in the gym with the image of getting on stage to win a trophy and be Mr. Olympia. If you think that way you should probably just throw in the towel now. Don't think about fame, fortune, popularity, and money. If you're passionate about something VALUE that passion. Passion is what moves people, you see passion is what drives others to do the unthinkable. When I walk into the gym I don't think or worry about my surroundings. I focus on myself because in bodybuilding that's exactly what you're working on is your self belief. If you believe in something and become very passionate on the subject then it's scary where you might end up (the top). Bodybuilding to me is being better than I was yesterday, last week, or last year. That ties in with anything in life such as your job, taking care of your family, and your own self satisfaction. Effort will release it's reward ONLY after you refuse to quit.
