Let it be known that 85% of results come from DIET. You can't expect to
see drastic changes throughout your body without taking into
consideration that exercise isn't the only factor that goes into weight
loss. The other 15% of body change ultimately comes from exercise.
Although 15% doesn't sound like a lot, it is the other factor you need
to fully complete a healthy lifestyle. Having a personal trainer doesn't
make you a fit person. It is your responsibility to exceed beyond your
trainers expectations and do the other 85% of work to get the results
you want.
