A lot of questions always arise about the supplement industry, but some
people lose sight of the fact that supplements are used to "supplement"
into your diet. The definition of supplements is something that completes or enhances something else when added to it. In
order for you to get the results you want from supplements you have to
provide your body with REAL FOOD. When I say real food I'm talking about
nuts, fruits, meat, and veggies. Supplements were not always around for
individuals to enhance their performance, but now that they are people
are replacing their food with supplements. Make sure you are eating with
your supplements while staying conscious of the serving size.
