Sweet potatoes are a great source of vitamin A content. Before you add butter and sugar to a sweet potato after it's cooked taste it as it is. The amount of natural sweetness a sweet potato has can almost satisfy any sweet tooth. Eating foods that are rich in potassium and low in sodium, can deter the effect of sodium on blood pressure and reduce bone loss. Some other dark orange veggies that standout are pumpkin, carrots, butternut squash and orange bell peppers. I'm just posting this because I'm a huge fan of sweet potatoes and what you can do with their natural sweetness.
