Most individuals don’t like “leg day” because of the daunting after-math of delayed onset muscle soreness (DOMS). Unlike other body parts you don’t need to put constant stress on that particular muscle on a day to day basis like we do our legs because we do use our legs to get from point A to point B. So maybe we can’t eliminate that factor of “leg day”, but if you are a person who HATES squatting I’m here to help.
