Jump Rope -1 minute
Pull-ups- 23 reps total
Jump Squats-7 reps (jump as high as possible each rep)
4-5 sets

Super-set
Jumping jacks-1 minute
Clap pushups-23 reps
Toes to bar-7 reps
4-5 sets

Super-set
Sprints- 1 minute
Ab wheels-23 reps
Sit-ups-7 reps (with 15-25 lb medicine ball)
4-5 sets

Finish with 5 minutes straight of walking lunges!
